EVP Coffee Company is a woman-owned business that they opened in October of 1997. "Etes-Vous Prets?!" (pronounced "et-voo-pray") means "Are you ready?!" and is the traditional starting command of rowing races. The founders, Tracy and Anno, met in 1982 while rowing for the University of Wisconsin. When they named their business they wanted to bring some of the joy and beauty of rowing they had experienced to our business. they later decided to shorten their name to EVP Coffee to help people who had no idea how to pronounce or spell their name. At EVP they are proud of their attention to every detail so that their can serve a beautiful product in a beautiful way.
